It is an interesting fact that science has
reached the point where it recognizes that the cell ....both
plant and animal—is an electric battery.

As cells, with their varying rates of vibration,
make up the human body ...it necessarily follows that the
human mechanism— is a collection of living batteries.
The organs of the human body each have their own rate of
vibration. In the healthful body these different rates
of vibration are properly synchronized or balanced. The
human body is a perfect battery, susceptible to the cosmic
or magnetic currents that are everywhere present in the
universe.
The 70 trillion cells in
your body are like little wet cell batteries
that operate ideally at a voltage of around 70
millivolts. The cell membrane acts like a one-way
rectifier that converts the earth's magnetic
pulse into electrical potential energy, which "charge's
your cells".
This energy drives cell metabolism
and helps to enhance oxygenation, ATP production
and overall absorption of nutrition and essential
elements into the cell and removal of wastes
out of the cell.

Each organ of the body has its own rate of
vibration. The first, third and fifth notes on the musical
octave ...vibrate in harmony. The first, second and third
...do not vibrate in harmony. If the string of the fifth
note on the scale is out of tune, there will be inharmony
...every time this note is struck. Just so ...there is
health inharmony —when any one of the organs is out
of tune. As the fifth string on the piano, when out of
tune must be brought up to pitch, reinstated in its proper
vibration, just so ...must the physical organ —out
of tune— be reinstated, brought up to the proper

must be restored, built up, and a proper equilibrium (vibration)

"They have developed a
tool that allows you to look at cellular changes
on a very local level," said Piotr Grodzinski,
director of the National Cancer Institute Alliance
for Nanotechnology in Cancer in Technology Review.
Grodzinski believes many developments in cancer
research, for example, over the past few years
have been "reactive" rather than proactive.
Despite how far cancer treatments have come, the
way that cancer, and other diseases, progresses
at the cellular level in the first place is still
not well understood. With a better understanding,
researchers could improve diagnostics and care. "This
development represents an attempt to start using
nanoscale tools to understand how disease develops," said

Human Voltage
Negativity is the natural resting state of your cells. It's related to
a slight imbalance between potassium and sodium ions inside and outside
the cell, and this imbalance sets the stage for your electrical capacity.
Your cell membranes practice a trick often
referred to as the sodium-potassium gate. It's a very complex
mechanism, but the simple explanation of these gates, and
how they generate electrical charges, goes like this:
At rest, your cells have more potassium ions
inside than sodium ions, and there are more sodium ions
outside the cell. Potassium ions are negative, so the inside
of a cell has a slightly negative charge. Sodium ions are
positive, so the area immediately outside the cell membrane
is positive. There isn't a strong enough charge difference
to generate electricity, though, in this resting state.
When the body needs to send a message from
one point to another, it opens the gate. When the membrane
gate opens, sodium and potassium ions move freely into
and out of the cell. Negatively charged potassium ions
leave the cell, attracted to the positivity outside the
membrane, and positively charged sodium ions enter it,
moving toward the negative charge. The result is a switch
in the concentrations of the two types of ions -- and rapid
switch in charge. It's kind of like switching between a
1 and 0 -- this flip between positive and negative generates
an electrical impulse. This impulse triggers the gate on
the next cell to open, creating another charge, and so
on. In this way, an electrical impulse moves from a nerve
in your stubbed toe to the part of your brain that senses
pain.
Since everything relies on these electrical
signals, any breakdown
in your body's electrical system is a real problem.

The Multiwave Oscillator from which the original design in
all probability came from Nikola Tesla. George Lakhovsky
has in turn elaborated on this design and has done many
experiments on plants, animals and people with stunning
results. He has furthermore in his book “The secret
of Live, Electricity, Radiation and your Body” (ISBN
0-939482-08-8) stated that cells from living organism behave
themselves as small radio transmitters and receivers. When
cells are irradiated with a correct polarized electromagnetic
field(which has a broad range of frequencies) , each cell
will pick up on a frequency and assimilate the energy out
of that field. This has a tremendous stimulating and harmonizing
action on the cells and thus interacts with surrounding
tissues and organs.
He viewed
disease or illness as a battle of vibrations between
the cells of the body versus viruses and bacteria.
If the pathogenic organisms won this vibrational contest,
the cells would become energetically weakened and more
susceptible to disease. According to
Lakhovsky, the way to counter this vibrational attack
was to introduce a broad spectrum of RF (radio frequency)
harmonic energies into the system and then, through
the principle of sympathetic resonance,
each cell would pick out exactly the proper
frequency needed to reinforce its own internal vibration
and the healthy cell would be more resistant to vibrational
attack from virus and bacteria. His method of achieving
this was by means of his invention that is known today
as the Multiwave Oscillator
Science Proves Lakhovsky's theories?
The existence of strong electric
fields across cellular membranes is accepted
as a basic fact of cell biology. The fact that
cells have internal electric fields as well,
however, is a whole new revelation. Scientists
previously did not know of the existence of internal
cellular energy fields, and are just in the earliest
stages of understand the phenomenon. Kopelman
presented his results at the annual meeting of
the American Society for Cell Biology this month. "There
has been no skepticism as to the measurements," says
Kopelman. "But we don't have an interpretation."
Daniel Chu of the University
of Washington in Seattle agrees that Kopelman's
work provides proof of concept that cells have
internal electric fields. "It's bound to
be important, but nobody has looked at it yet," Chu
says.

What Lakhovsky
discovered was simply mind boggling: He postulated
that all living cells (plants, people, bacteria, parasites,
etc.) possess attributes which normally are associated
with electronic circuits. These cellular
attributes include resistance, capacitance, and inductance.
These 3 electrical properties, when properly configured,
will cause the recurrent generation or oscillation
of high frequency sine waves when sustained by a small,
steady supply of outside energy of the right frequency.
This effect is known as resonance. It's easiest to
compare it with a child swinging on a playground swing.
As long as the parent pushes the swing a
little at the right moment (the correct 'frequency'), the
child will continue to swing high and continuously. In
electronics, circuits which generate these recurrent sine
waves can be called electromagnetic resonators, but more
commonly they are referred to as oscillators. Lakhovsky
tells us that not only do all living cells produce and
radiate oscillations of very high frequencies, but they
also receive and respond to oscillations imposed upon them
from outside sources. This outside source of radiation
or oscillations are due to cosmic rays which bombard the
earth continuously. This stupendous realization, achieved
during the golden years of radio, not only led to a new
method of healing by the application of high frequency
waves, but broadened appreciation for the newly emerging
field of hidden science known as Radionics or Radiathesia.

Tesla’s suggestions were taken up in earnest
by George Lakhovsky, who perceived that the twisted-filament,
coil-like structures within all living cells constitute
ultramicroscopic circuits "capable of oscillating
electrically over a wide scale of very short wavelengths."
"Treatment with the multiple-wave oscillator mobilizes
the body’s own self-healing reserves. Thus
the range of diseases that can be treated is infinite.
Degenerative conditions develop when the body’s
self-healing reserves lose their power. Infections,
cancers, inflammations, skeletal degeneration and

Scientist
explains it this way. A NORMAL cell has an electrical
potential of 70 millivolts, an AGED cell at 50 mV,
and a CANCER or ill cell is 15-20 mV.
When a cell is in electrical difficulty
the mV and the sodium-potassium balance are out.
The high potential brings the cells
to an equal level basically resetting them. This
allows healing to occur at a higher pace without
stressing the cell. And the additional energy restores
cell integrity by reorienting it's molecular structure

Lakhovsky believed that
living cells are batteries; the nucleus holds
the positive charge and the cytoplasm carries
the negative. If cells were irradiated with
a range of electromagnetic oscillations,
they could be "recharged" and thus
rejuvenated. A range of frequencies is necessary
because the cell and its parts respond to
different frequencies.
Mainstream research supports the idea that "We are electrical
creatures using a biochemical body to exist in an electro-chemical
environment," as Van Tassel wrote. The name "Integratron" actually
applies to a machine, a high-voltage electrostatic generator, that
would supply the range of frequencies to recharge cell structure.

The Multiwave Oscillator works by producing a broad range
of high frequency pulsed signals that radiate energy
into the body via two round resonators:
one resonator acting as a transmitter and the other as
a receiver. The resonator is constructed from a series
of circular copper tubes .
The copper tube rings nest one inside the
other, but none touch each other. The ring assembly is
held in place with silk thread in Lakhovsky's original
design. Each ring has its open ended termination placed
180 degrees opposite from its adjacent ring. The machine
generates a very wide spectrum of high frequencies coupled

When the outside sources of oscillations are in sympathy,
that is they are exactly the same frequency as that produced
by the cell, the strength and vigor of that cell will be
reinforced and become stronger. The cells of disease causing organisms within an infected
person, produce different frequencies than that of normal,
healthy cells.
For people or plants suffering from disease
conditions, Lakhovsky found that if he could increase the
amplitude (but not the frequency) of the oscillations of
healthy cells, this increase would overwhelm and dampen
the oscillations produced by the disease causing cells,
thus bringing about the demise of the disease causing cells
trying to set up shop in the body. If he pumped up the
amplitude of the disease causing cells, their oscillations
would gain the upper hand and cause the person or plant
to become weaker and more ill. Lakhovsky viewed the progression
of disease as essentially a battle between the resonant
oscillations of host cells versus the oscillations emanating
from pathogenic organisms.
THE
RADIO CELLULO-OSCILLATOR or Multiwave Oscillator
"One knows that it is possible to produce
by inoculation of Bacterium tumefaciens in plants, tumors
similar to those of cancer in animals. One of us obtained
experimentally by this method, a great number of tumors.
These had various degrees of development. Some of them
dry up partially, but do not die entirely until the entire
plant or at least the limb bearing the tumor dies. Even
removed by surgical methods, these tumors grew again on
the sick limb."
" We propose to describe in this paper,
the action of electromagnetic waves of very high frequency
obtained by means of the Radio Cellulo-Oscillator of George
Lakhovsky. This apparatus produces wavelengths of the order
of two meters and less, corresponding to 150 million cycles
per second. A first plant was submitted to the effect of
the radiation one month after being inoculated with cancer;
at this time small tumors of the size of a cherry stone
were visible upon it. This plant was submitted to the rays
twice, for three hours each time. During the following
days, the tumors continued to grow rapidly in the same
ways as those on plants, which had not been submitted to
the effect of radiations. However, 16 days after the first
treatment, the tumors began to shrink and dry up. A few
days later the tumors were entirely dried up and could
be very easily detached from the limb of the plant by merely
touching them. The drying action of the radio frequency
radiations is selective and affects only the sick part
of the plant. Even the inside sick tissues were destroyed,
although they were next to healthy cells in the center
of the limb, showing that the radiations had not affected
the healthy parts."

THE LENGTH
OF TREATMENT
" Another plant was treated in the same way, except that it was exposed
11 times, for three hours each time, to the radiations of the oscillator. Sixteen
days after the first exposure the tumors, which were rather large as shown in
one of the photographs, began to shrink and dry up and were easily detached from
the limb exactly as in the first case. Again in this case, the healthy parts
of the plant were not affected in the least. A third plant exposed to the radiations
for nine hours, that is, three treatments of three hours each, was cured in the
same manner as the two others. Sixteen plants also inoculated with cancer, were
left without treatment. They have tumors in full activity, several of which are
very large. These experiments show conclusively that plants inoculated with cancer
can be treated and cured by means of the ultra radio frequency vibrations, whereas
surgical treatment fails. "In conclusion I wish to call the attention of
the reader to the fact that I have obtained very conclusive results not only
with a wavelength of two meters, but with longer and shorter wave-lengths. The
main thing is to produce the greatest number of harmonics possible." Such
are the results of my researches with plants.
He initially proved
his theory using plants. In December, 1924, he inoculated 10
germanium plants with a plant cancer that produced
tumors. After 30 days, tumors had developed in all of
the plants. He took one of the 10 infected plants and
simply fashioned a heavy copper wire in a one loop, open-ended
coil about 30 cm (12") in diameter around the center
of the plant. and held it in place with an ebonite stake
. The copper coil acted as an antennae or a tuning coil,
collecting and concentrating oscillation energy from
extremely high frequency cosmic rays. The diameter of
the cooper loop determined which range of frequencies
would be captured. He found that the 30 cm loop captured
frequencies that fell within the resonant frequency range
of the plant's cells. This captured energy reinforced
the resonant oscillations naturally produced by the nucleus
of the germanium's cells.
 
This allowed the plant to overwhelm the oscillations
of the cancer cells and destroy the cancer. The
tumors fell off in less than 3 weeks and by 2
months, the plant was thriving. All of the other
cancer-inoculated plants-without the antennae
coil- died within 30 days. In his book, Lakhovsky
shows pictures of the recovered plant after 2
months, 6 months, and 1 year. Three years later,
with the original coil left in place, the plant
grew into a very robust specimen.
Taking his cue from the germanium
experiments, Lakhovsky then fashioned loops of
copper wire that could be worn around the waist,
neck, elbows, wrists, knees, or ankles of people
(or animals) and found that (given enough time)
much relief of painful symptoms were obtained.

The new application of short wave-length
oscillations described in this article is one of the most
important ever found, and we are pleased to present to
our readers this article by Mr.George Lakhovsky, the well
known French scientist. The experiments described were
carried out in collaboration with several doctors and scientists
of high standing and it seems from results obtained, that
the very high frequency treatments will play an important
role in the future. We shall publish in a later issue another
article on this new system, together with the effects of
ultra radio frequencies in the treatment of other diseases
in human beings.
Since November, 1923, I have published in
various technical and radio publications, several papers
in which I explained my theory that the instinct or special
feeling, which permits birds to direct themselves in space,
is only the results of the emission and reception of rays
by living beings.
While developing this theory, I explained
how thoroughly I was convinced that science will discover,
some day, not only the nature of microbes but the radiation
which they produce, but also a method of killing
disease bacilli within the human body by means of the
proper radiations.
The researches I have made by means of special
apparatus have shown such results, that I believe my theory
to be correct. This theory is that life is born from radiations,
kept going by radiation and suppressed by any accident
producing the destruction of the oscillatory equilibrium,
especially by the radiations of certain microbes, which
suppress those of the weaker cells.
Before going any further in our reasoning,
it is necessary, in order to present the facts to the uninitiated
reader, to imagine what oscillations really are.
The motion of a pendulum will be used for
this explanation. When a pendulum is displaced from the
position of equilibrium, it moves back and forth producing
what are known as synchronous oscillations, until the energy
stored is entirely exhausted. By means of a motor, a spring,
or an electro-magnet, it is possible to keep the motion
of the pendulum of constant amplitude, producing undamped
oscillations.
If, on the contrary, the source of power
is removed, the oscillations die down and it is necessary
not only to re-apply the power sustaining the oscillations,
but also to furnish additional energy to start the pendulum
in motion. This oscillation of a pendulum reproduces exactly
what happens in the cells of a living being.
My mother, age 72, who has
suffered from hypertension and glaucoma for many
years, measured absolutely normal blood pressure
the morning after her first treatment. And the
eye tension, tested by her MD the week following,
had dropped to a lower point than in the previous
two years. Another woman with a long-standing back
condition says she was permanently relieved in
one 15 minute exposure. An asthmatic with chronic
bronchial complications claims he is now symptom-free
after two exposures and her husband with a bad
dermatological condition of seven years history
appears to be very definitely improved. Perhaps
the most dramatic is Mr. N.V.C. who had broken
his leg skiing last December. Because of an old
polio complication the broken leg had never healed
and flesh surrounding the fracture was in a very
poor, waxy condition. After one exposure he phoned
to say he had regained feeling in the area. The
next day we made an "after" photo slide
of nearly normal tissue.
A friend suffering allergies of long standing says she can now
eat anything and her MD admits he is startled by her youthful appearance
and new vitality. The Lakhovsky literature illustrated many such
rejuvenations as an unexpected side effect of cancer cases. Subject's

George Lakhovsky publication of the English
version of The Secret of Life at the very outbreak of World
War II went unnoticed and little reviewed, but Lakhovsky's
reputation for obtaining dramatic results with his amazing
Multi-Wave Oscillator gained world wide attention nevertheless.
By 1941, he had made his way to New York, escaping the
Nazi occupation of France. Mark Clement, in The Waves that
Heal, describes how Lakhovsky was approached by many people
and organizations hoping to capitalize on his Multiwave Oscillator therapy.
A film was made by an " enterprising beautician" which
featured several cases following treatment with the Multiwave Oscillator
that "proved to be both interesting and convincing" .
Lakhovsky was also approached by several hospitals in New
York hoping to test his apparatus experimentally. Remarkable
results were obtained from a seven week clinical trial
performed at a major New York City hospital and that of
a prominent Brooklyn urologist in the summer of 1941. Later
editions of The Secret of Life detailed many of these cases.
What seemed like a promising development in the use of
the Multiwave Oscillator in America quickly faded after Lakhovsky unexpectedly
died in New York in 1942 at the age of 73. His equipment
was removed from the hospital and patients were told that
the therapy was no longer available. Except for this brief
trial in New York, Lakhovsky's work remained completely
unknown to the American public. Even the spectacular success
of the New York cases were quickly forgotten; an unlikely
lapse of memory in the natural scheme of things. It seems
that hidden hands were at work when it came to obliterating
the memory of Lakhovsky's Multi-Wave Oscillator in America.
The Harmonizing
Principle in our body:
Our body consists of a quantity
of organs that are in turn are made up of tissues.
These tissues are in turn made up of cells. When
all cells cooperate with each other by being
arranged in the right order (correctly polarized),
then a bundling of energy happens and the organ
will function optimally and strongly. If there
are cells that are not correctly arranged or
in the wrong order, then these cells are working
against the correctly arranged cells and as such
the organ performs weaker. When the amount of
cells in the wrong order is extremely large and
in a state of disorder, the organ will as such
perform very weakly and most probably perform
in the wrong way. |

York Hospital
Georges
Lakhovsky crossed the Atlantic to New York City in
1941, there to observe the effects of his Multiwave Oscillator under controlled,
technical conditions in a New York Hospital. A
brief report of the positive and beneficial results of
Multiwave Oscillator treatments is appended to the English translation
of his book, "The Secret Of Life", by Mark Clement, on
page 201. These treatments were given from July 1st to
Aug. 21st and the name of the hospital and
of each patient are withheld for ethical reasons.

Case
1. G.D., Female, aged 25: Patient complained
of pain in the chest and muscles of the right arm and
back, and constant couch. She did not respond to medical
treatment and massage. Treatment with Lakhovsky Multiple
Wave Oscillator was instituted. After the fourth treatment
coughing stopped, pain in the chest became infrequent,
and the tired feeling in the back disappeared. At
the end of 12 treatments the patient no longer complained
of the previous symptoms.
Case
2. M.M., Female, aged 51: Patient complained
of pain and stiffness in the right hip. X-ray examination
disclosed a marked narrowing of this articulation associated
with large spurs at the margin of the acetablum which
appeared to ankylose the joint. There were proliferative
changes to the upper margin of the femoral head. Diathermy
and massage failed to relieve the pain and stiffness. After
10 treatment with Lakhovsky's M.W.O. the stiffness
markedly reduced.
Case
3. F.T,. female aged 38: For two months the
patient complained of pain in both shoulders. Abduction
of the right humers was limited to 45 degrees. A diagnosis
of periarthritis was made and treatment with Lakhovsky's
M.W.O was started. After three treatments the patient
said she felt much better. The improvement continued. After
a series of 11 treatment the patient did not return. Apparently permanent
relief had been obtained.

4. A.B., male, aged 60: Patient gave history
of pain in both knees beginning in 1940. Diathermy
and massage for one year gave only slight relief. Treatment
with Lakhovsky's "s M.W.O was instituted. After one
treatment patient stated that he felt better. After
four treatments patient felt so much better that he
took only one treatment in two weeks.

5. M.M., female aged 42: Patient complained
of pain in lower left back and hip. X-ray examination
of lumbar spine and pelvis showed calcification at
the anterior margins of the inter-vertebral discs between
the ninth and tenth and the tenth and eleventh vertebrae. There
was also a slight scoliosis of the lumbar spine. with
Lakhovsky's "s M.W.O was instituted . after the first
treatment patient felt better. After the fifth treatment
improvement was very marked. Patient did not return
after nine treatments.

6. S.N., Female, aged 59: Patient complained
of pain in the right shoulder and inability to extend
the arm more the 5-10 degrees, accompanies by severe
pain. X-ray examination disclosed irregular calcification
in the region of the greater tuberosity of the right
humerus. Treatment with lakhovsky's M.W.O. was instituted. After
one treatment patient said she felt much better. The
improvement continued steadily until the 10 treatment
we completed.
Case
7. C.P., Female, Aged 38: Gynecological examination
showed uterus slightly enlarged and hard. Right para-metrium
tender. Diagnosis---Parametritis. Treatment with lakhovsky's
M.W.O was instituted on July 17, 1941. After four
treatments patient felt better, and after 12 treatments
patient was found to be much improved. Examination
on Oct. 7th showed the adnexa and parametrium
to be painless.

addition to the above cases this Brooklyn specialist
treated six cases of enlarged prostate with nocturnal
frequency (three to five times per night). After two

in 1935, but were added by the English translator, Mark

early (1941) research with the Lakhovsky equipment seems
to have been ignored by the American Medical Authorities,
who are still concentrating on cure by surgery or medicine. If

SAY RADIO TREATMENT IS EFFECTIVE AGAINST ARTHRITIS'
Apparently
some doctors didn't ignore the research work done by
George Lakhovsky. Take this news item from the New York "Post" for
Feb. 8, 1962, with an Associated Press dateline from Washington , D.C. "A
device theoretically capable of bouncing radio signals
off the moon has yielded highly effective results in
the treatment of stubborn cases of arthritis and certain
other ills, a group of doctors reported today. The machine
generates high-frequency, short-wave-length radio waves
and emits them as pulses lasting only 1/17,000th of
a second each. The pulses currents are directed into
a patient's body, with a maximum achievable penetration
of eight inches.
"Use
of the technique in treating arthritis, bone infection
after hip operations, inflammation of the female pelvis
due to gonorrhea and other conditions, and in speeding
the healing of surgical wounds was described in reports
by Dr. Euclid M. Cameron of Baylor University ; Dr. Marshall Lobell of Harlem
Hospital , N.Y. ;
and Dr.Solon N. Balckberg of Chicago. The reports were made last night at a private
conference to which several Congressmen and Public Health
Service doctors were invited. Blackberg later told reporters
the researchers would like to enlist government support
for expanded research by themselves and their investigators.
"Smith,
in his report on arthritis, said the technique had been
employed with "highly" effective results in 99 out of
a series of 100 cases treated by him. Declaring that
some of the patients treated had arthritis for up to
25 years before achieved in all cases in from three to
six months.
When a body becomes overwhelmed
with toxic substances, thoughts or feelings, the
positive bio-electric field is immensely lowered
in vibration & frequency. Our body has a higher

Healthy cells, according to Nobel
prize winner Otto Warburg, have cell voltages
