The bt pro is the best purchase I have made. If I have a broken nights sleep I can use the sleep function either to have a catnap during the day to refresh me or the sleep function for a deeper longer sleep. I also use the bt pro at 10 Hz when I am stressed to bring me into a state of calmness and mental clarity. It is so effective every time I use it.
