Natural Killer cells

"Natural killer (NK) cells are essential components of the innate immune system that act as a first line of defense, rapidly identifying and destroying virus-infected cells and tumor cells. Unlike T-cells, they do not require prior exposure to a pathogen to kill, using a balance of activating and inhibitory receptors to detect stressed, abnormal, or malignant cells".
Natural Killer Cells | British Society for Immunology

Immune Surveillance: NK cells patrol the body in blood and lymph, looking for abnormal, infected, or cancerous cells.

Targeted Destruction: Upon finding a compromised cell, NK cells release cytotoxic granules, such as perforin and granzymes, that induce apoptosis (programmed cell death) in the target cell.

Kill/Don't Kill Signaling: Healthy cells have a "don't kill me" signal (MHC Class I) that binds to NK cell receptors. Infected or tumor cells often lose this signal, allowing the NK cell to destroy them.

NK cells are crucial in preventing the spread of infections early on and are a major target for cancer immunotherapySource

Based on research, specific frequencies and types of energy, particularly in the extremely low frequency (ELF) and low-intensity range, have been shown to enhance the number and cytotoxic (killing) activity of Natural Killer (NK) cells.

The main objective of our study was to investigate whether an enhancement of the immune system in end-stage cancer patients is achieved by exposure to coherent electromagnetic fields. For this reason, 15 end-stage cancer patients were exposed at low intensity, coherent electromagnetic fields at radiofrequencies ranging from 600 kHz-729 Hz, for 8 h/day, 6 days/week for 4 weeks. NKs number and cytotoxicity of NK T-lymphocytes versus K562 cancer cell line were estimated by flow cytometry, before and after exposure. Data showed that the exposure of the end-stage cancer patients to the coherent electromagnetic fields resulted in a significant increase of the number and the cytotoxicity of the NK T-lymphocytes against cancer cells, in all patients. Exposure to coherent EMFs at radiofrequencies increases the number and cytotoxicity of NK T-lymphocytes, which may contribute to the improvement of cancer patients' status. Source

Key frequencies and methods identified include:

50 Hz: Exposure to 50 Hz electromagnetic fields (EMFs) has been shown to increase NK-cell levels and enhance their cytotoxic activity.

Natural killer cells
The "NK" name was originally coined after the NK cell's ability to kill targets cells without requirement for a prior exposure to these targets, in contrast to cytolytic T cells (Kiessling, R., Klein, E., Wigzell, H. 1975.

200 kHz: Tumor-treating fields (TTFs) at a frequency of 200 kHz significantly increase the cytotoxic degranulation of NK cells against cancer cells, particularly in glioblastoma (GBM) cells, without affecting their viability.

200 kHz: Studies on Tumor-Treating Fields (TTFs) found that pre-treating NK cells with a frequency of 200 kHz significantly increased their degranulation (the process of releasing killing agents) against certain cancer cells. Interestingly, this effect was not observed at 150 kHz or 250 kHz

10 Hz: Biphasic electrical stimulation at 10 Hz (1 hour, 0.5–1.0 V/cm) has been demonstrated to enhance the cytotoxicity of NK cells.

Electrical stimulation at 10 Hz (specifically biphasic or direct current) has been shown to increase the cytotoxic activity of NK cells after approximately one hour of exposure.

50 Hz: Exposure to extremely low-frequency electromagnetic fields (50 Hz) has been linked to an increase in NK cell numbers in long-term human studies (e.g., workers exposed for 1–5 years).

600 kHz–729 Hz (Range): Low-intensity, coherent electromagnetic fields in this range have been shown to significantly increase the number and cytotoxicity of NK T-lymphocytes in cancer patients.

600 kHz to 729 kHz: A range of coherent electromagnetic fields used for 8 hours daily has been shown to significantly increase both the number and cytotoxicity of NK T-lymphocytes in end-stage cancer patients.

40 Hz: While often studied for neurological benefits, 40 Hz has been used in therapeutic vibration and, in some contexts, is investigated for influencing cellular health.

Ultrasound Frequencies: Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) at around 700 kHz can enhance NK cell adoptive therapy by modulating cellular signaling pathways that trigger immune responses More onUltrasound here

Mechanisms of Enhancement

Ionizing Radiation: Low-dose ionizing radiation (LDIR) at 75 mGy has been shown to increase the cytotoxicity of expanded NK cells after 24–48 hours.

Calcium Levels: Electrical stimulation, such as 10 Hz, increases intracellular levels, which enhances NK cell cytotoxic activity.

Tumor-Treating Fields (TTFs): These act by increasing the expression of NKG2D, a receptor that helps NK cells recognize and kill cancer cells.

Ultrasound: Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) has been shown to improve NK cell anti-tumor efficacy by activating the Wnt/ß-catenin signaling pathway.

Note on Frequency Effects: The effects are highly dependent on the type of radiation or field, with 50 Hz, 200 kHz, and specific low-frequency electrical stimulation (10 Hz) showing positive results in different experimental contexts

Multiwave oscillators

The Multiwave Oscillator is a cutting-edge device that harnesses the power of electromagnetic waves to promote vitality and well-being. By emitting a series of precisely calibrated frequencies, the MWO stimulates the body's natural energy field, helping to restore balance and harmony.

Using advanced technology, the Multiwave Oscillator generates a unique combination of electromagnetic frequencies that resonate with the body's own energy field. This resonance helps to enhance cellular function, promote detoxification, and support overall health and vitality.

Rife machines and Multiwave oscillators are claimed to complement each other based on the principle that life forms absorb energy. A multiwave Oscillator uses this principle to strengthen cells within the body to resist disease while a Rife machine uses this principle to destroy microorganisms with an overdose of frequency energy.
