The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

Do you Forget Things?

View on Facebook

Memory loss probably affects the majority of us in one way or another. More often than not, it is a momentary memory lapse; nothing to worry about – it happens to the best of us. However, when memory lapses begin to become a regular occurrence, it is wise to dig a little deeper and seek .

Do you forget things

“Remember I asked you to remind me to call someone?” “Yes.” “Who was it?” “I forget

And: “What did I go to the kitchen for?” “How do I know?” “You asked me to get it.” “Get what?”

And: “I saw Whatsisname today.” “Who?” “You know. Whatsisname.” “Oh. Where?”

If this sounds familiar, and if you ever complain about your memory, join the crowd. There are millions of us out here, complaining more about remembering less. Memory specialists, say that forgetfulness is the top health concern of baby boomers. And they’re not the only ones. “My memory is awful,” says our dental hygienist, Ann, 39, as she tenderly macerates my gums. “Does that mean I’m likelier to get demented?”

We all can forget some things on occasion. If a person is very busy or has a lot of problems their circuit board is just out of whack for awhile until things are resolved. Also being over-tired or stressed out over relationship problems. Sleep deprivation is another reason (not in a full REM sleep) so the person is walking around like a zombie for days to weeks. In older people (although young people have also been included in this recently) it can be problems with thyroid, adrenal gland or heart defects and in the elders mini strokes.

82% of participants in one study suffering from an anxiety disorder reported a significant improvement in their symptoms after treatment with CES.
- Kirsch D, Gilula MF, Electromedicine: CES in the Treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Practical Pain Management, March 2007, pp 40-47.

One study reported an average 67% effectiveness in treating sleeping disorders among 648 patients, while increasing daytime vigilance.
- Smith RB, Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation, Oklahoma: Tate Publishing and Enterprises, LLC. 2007, pp 37-43.

What's 3 times better than Prozac?
CES was found to be two times more effective in treating depression than the most effective antidepressant drugs on the market. In fact, CES treatment is 3 times as effective as fluoxetine (Prozac) in the curing of depression, compared to placebo (fake treatment).
- Gilula MF, Kirsch DF, Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation Review: A Safer Alternative to Psychopharmaceuticals in the Treatment of Depression, J Neurotherapy, 2005: 9(2), pp 7-26

That 3-pound miracle tucked into your skull has 100 billion neurons zapping around wildly, sending each other the electrical and chemical signals that make memories. With time, the signals weaken. Brains shrink by about half a percent a year, starting around age 30—though usually we don’t notice any change for years. And here’s the rub. Episodic memory relies heavily on the front areas of the brain, the frontal lobes—the very areas that start shrinking first.

What was the question again?

The loss isn’t that big, really. It feels big, because we perceive a huge difference between a brain buzzing along at full strength and one operating at, say, 95%. But it’s just a slowing down. That elusive name is probably not gone—it simply takes longer to pop up. Which raises a question everyone always asks: Is everything that ever went into my brain still there? Answer: Nobody knows. (How would you find out?)

Attention (or concentration), and memory are two mental skills directly related. In fact, many memory complaints have nothing to do with the actual ability to remember things. They can also come from a failure to focus properly on the task at hand.
Dr. Pascale Michelon

Many researchers do believe it’s all there but in altered form. “The disc is full,” we say, and, “No room on my hard drive”—but the computer analogy is not really accurate. As Dr. Barry Gordon, a neurologist at Johns Hopkins points out, computer memory is exact; brain memory is fluid. Whenever you make or retrieve a memory, its pattern of signals is altered. Sort of like writing over writing. Which is why, as time passes, our memories are apt to change and deceive us.

Mild Traumatic Brain Inquiry and Post-Concussion Syndrome?
The Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center Working Group’s operational definition of mBTI is: “Mild TBI in military operational settings is defined as an injury to the brain resulting from an external force and/or acceleration/deceleration mechanism from an event such as a blast, fall, direct impact, or motor vehicle accident which causes an alteration in mental status typically resulting in the temporally related onset of symptoms such as: headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness/balance problems, fatigue, insomnia/sleep disturbances, drowsiness, sensitivity to light/ noise, blurred vision, difficulty remembering, and/or difficulty concentrating” (p. 2).

Smith, Tiber, & Marshall (1994) administered CES (CES Labs brand device) for 45 minutes, 4 times per week for 3 weeks, to patients with closed head injuries using a randomized design with placebo and double-blind controls (n=21). The average time since injury was 11 years (SD=8.91). They reported significant improvements on all mood measures, including tension/anxiety, depression/dejection, anger/hostility, fatigue/inertia, confusion/bewilderment, and total mood disturbance.
Christopher Fisher, PhD

Do you forget things easily? (misplacing keys, forgeting to pick up children from school, etc.)

Do you forget names easily? We often forget names in the few second after we have heard them. Most of the time this phenomenon can be related to a lack of attention or concentration. It is also caused by the fact that names have no specific meaning and are thus hard to memorize, perhaps.

Hello Barry and Lynne
Just a quick note to say thank you for the help and information you provide me with after my stroke .Getting your contact details was a lucky day.
After my stroke (at 68) I felt that my recovery was so slow and my memory seemed almost non- existent. The continued use of the BTPlus AV that I got from you is having a marked effect and quite quickly. Because of the improvement in my memory I am starting to regain my confidence in the knowledge that I WILL remember where I left my keys…bag…car.
It doesn’t sound much but to have the feeling of independence that has come from the return of my memory is unbelievable.
Blessings to you all

Do you have to write everything down or i forget it...

Experts say that mild memory loss is perfectly normal -- especially as we age. That's right, if you sometimes forget simple things, you're not necessarily developing Alzheimer's disease. There is a gang of people walking around just like you who occasionally misplace their keys, have that deer in headlights look as they search for their cars in parking lots, and can't recall the name of one new person they met at their last office party -- yes, the one from last night.

"If we have forgotten an appointment, we begin thinking, 'Uh oh, is this the first sign of Alzheimer's disease?' and we become much more conscious, and it gets kind of a disproportionate amount of attention when it really may be something quite benign," Stuart Zola, PhD, professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at the Emory School of Medicine and director of Yerkes National Primate Facility in Atlanta tells WebMD.

Hi all at Altered States,
Well I did it! I passed those exams and I am sure without that extra little help from the BTPlus Pro it would have been much harder.
Going back to school after so long, and juggling children and I job I almost gave up I n the first semester. The amount of information was huge. That’s where I found that the most use - helping with the retention of information.
Of course the meditation programme helped keep me sane and the kids and Phil also send their thanks. Thanks for both the unit and the support. Have you on speed dial ?

Time: Memory's Worst Enemy

Fear not, memory loss and brain aging are a natural part of getting older. "It is often the case that people will start to report in their 50s that they think their memories are slipping," says Zola, a research career scientist who has dedicated his work to memory function. "They seem to be consciously aware of that because they have to use more kinds of reminders or more kinds of strategies to remember things."

But memory loss can happen even before we hit our 50s. Many people even in their 20s and 30s have forgotten a name or an appointment date or some fact that was on the "tip of their tongue." Memory is tricky, and time is its worst enemy, says Zola.

Studies at both Wisconsin and the University of Louisiana showed it could boost IQ from twenty to thirty points. Brain Tuners stimulation appears to enhance neural efficiency," researchers stated.
'Users report the BTuners reduces stress, improves short and long term memory, helps learning, increases energy, improves concentration and reduces pain, anxiety, depression, and sleep requirements."

If you've ever gotten into heated debate with someone about how a past event or experience transpired, there's a likely reason. You may think you have a vivid memory of an experience, but studies show that after awhile, people probably don't remember events as they actually happened. Memory distortion -- also a side effect of father time -- explains this. This is the phenomenon where as time passes our ability to accurately recall events becomes diminished -- and the longer the period of time that passes between the event and trying to recall it, the greater the chance we're going to have some memory distortions and forgetting. Sometimes time distortion causes us to forget the event totally, Zola explains.

“There was 100% accomplishment of symptom relief in 32 neuropsychiatric patients, including severe psychotics, with chronic anxiety, depression and insomnia, frequent conversion headaches and neuromuscular tension who failed to respond to medications, physiotherapy, and psychotherapy. All 32 overcame nocturnal insomnia. 17 (53%) resumed occupational duties with increased efficiency and enthusiasm. 19 (59%) demonstrated more comfort and confidence in their social contacts. 18 (56%) were able to gain insight in regard to their psychodynamics’ and to put their increased understanding to work in their best interests. The mean decrease in pulse rate was 10.5, and 3.8 for respiration reduction.”

Many of our actions are performed automatcally. By opposition, focusing attention is effortful. As you know, with age the brain needs more time to process information. Along with speed of processing, other brain functions decline. A crucial one is the ability to focus and ignore distraction.

As we age it thus get harder and harder to pay attention. But focusing our attention on the task at hand is key for better memory performance. What can we do then to improve concentration and memory?

Hello Barry,
It has been a little while since we spoke.
As you know after the brain trauma I suffered, I had a lot of trouble with even simple sentences. After we spoke and after discussion with my wife we went ahead and got the BTPlus.
We have seen big changes and so will continue t o use it every day. I talk to other people who have the same type of injuries bout the improvements I am getting. I encourage them all to work with one of these units.
Yours sincerely

" Why can't I remember everything I read?"

The problem with poor memory is not confined to reading. It is more generalized in that we also have difficulty remembering:
names of people
dates and times
telephone numbers
codes, passwords
events and occasions
business facts and figures
jokes
etc, etc.

Hi John here,
My wife and I want to pass on our thanks. We have been using the BTPLUS PRO for sometime now.
Although we always try to lead an active life both mentally and physically and were notiCing that it was getting to be more of a struggle to focus on the paperwork that we still need to do from time to time.
We found that with daily of BTPLUS PRO use this is becoming less of an issue for us. Thank you for talking to us and helping us to use it to the best advantage.

"Many studies have shown that low-level electrical stimulation actually promotes cell growth and regeneration.
A recent NIH study showed that low-level electrical stimulation of neurons increased the production of the all important myelin cells in the brain. This could be an important discovery since myelin is shown to be decreased in patients with certain disorders and diseases, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and multiple sclerosis."

Slow learners and, or, those with impaired nervous system development may have their brains and nervous system jumpstarted. Little did we know back in the 1950s when the movie, Forbidden Planet, with Leslie Nielson, Ann Francis and Walter Pidgeon, that the Krell technology to stimulate brain growth, with a form of cranial electrical stimulation, might be in use in the 21st century.
currents.

Cranial electrical stimulation (CES) may improve memory, attention and focus; important studies are emerging on the uses of mild electrical current to enhance cognition and aspects of intelligence

Think of the cells in your body as being a bit like a dry cell battery in your car. When the battery is fully charged, the car starts and everything works fine. When the car battery is discharged or flat, sometimes all its needs is a “jump start”, a small amount of electricity, and everything is fine again. "Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES) is the application of low-level pulsed electrical currents (usually less than 1 milliampere) applied to the ears lobes. There is now better than 20 years of medical experience with CES in America. Presently, its use requires a prescription by a licensed health practitioner in the United States. It is available without a prescription throughout the rest of the world."

The Science Behind CES

Discover facts inside, the book

“In spite of an intracranial traumatic brain injury and full body reflex sympathetic dystrophy, WHH continues to serve his country in his position on the Executive Staff of the President’s Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities. Daily 20 minute treatments of CES provides satisfactory pain relief for WHH to complete his tasks and enjoy a relatively higher quality of life than he was able to have with drugs alone.”

Elliott J. Alpher & Daniel L. Kirsch
American Journal of Pain Management

“A clinically noticeable effect of CES on muscle spasticity in patients with hemiplegia and paraplegia and on muscle spasm in traumatic injuries such as low back syndromes were confirmed with EMG readings.”

Sigmund Forster, Bernard S. Post & Joseph G. Benton
Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

“Anxiety, depression, nightmares, and irritability disappeared in every case as the sleep patterns improved. Some patients maintained their improvement 4 months later, while others had partial return of symptoms. None regressed completely. The authors concluded that the safety and ease of application of treatment makes it possible to use CES in a manner which would save time for the medical profession and money for the patient. There is enough evidence already to justify the considered use of CES by physicians.”

Ronald R. Koegler, Shelby M. Hick & James H. Barger
Diseases of the Nervous System

“There was 100% accomplishment of symptom relief in 32 neuropsychiatric patients, including severe psychotics, with chronic anxiety, depression and insomnia, frequent conversion headaches and neuromuscular tension who failed to respond to medications, physiotherapy, and psychotherapy. “Only a mild sedative effect was expected. However, 3 of 4 normal staff controls reported an activation or alerting effect. Two normals experienced feelings of euphoria with periods of silliness or giddiness, along with this they felt a lack of worry about real situational problems. In fact, they were worried over not being able to worry.”

Richard E. McKenzie, Saul H. Rosenthal & Jerry S. Driessner
American Psychiatric Association Scientific Proceedings Summary

“Nine children suffering from severe, long-lasting bronchial asthma, resistant to conventional treatment, including steroids, were given CES treatments once a week. The asthmatic attacks stopped completely in 3 children and 4 months later the children felt well without taking any drugs. No child suffered an asthmatic attack for 24 hours following CES. Placebo conditions did not cause any improvement. The authors concluded that due to selection for trial of the most severe cases available, resistant to any other known treatment, even slight results are encouraging.”

Florella Magora, A. Beller, M.I. Assael & A. Askenazi
Electrotherapeutic Sleep and Electroanaesthesia

“An unexpected finding was that the involuntary movements in the patients with Parkinson’s and dystonia musculorum were changed in character during the passage of current, and eventually completely eliminated, as evidenced by clinical and EMG observations.”

Florella Magora , A. Beller, L. Aladjemoff, A. Magora, & J. Tannenbaum
British Journal of Anesthesiology

“CES therapy is highly effective in a wide range of well selected clinical conditions. It is a new approach to the treatment of so many patients for whom we are now prescribing hypnotics, sedatives, and addictive tranquilizers. In my opinion, since it is a harmless, nontoxic, nonaddictive, quite safe and inoffensive procedure, it is one of the most effective, powerful therapeutic weapons ever known for the treatment of chronic insomnia.”

Jose A. Pleitez
Nebraska Medical Journal

“Total clinical ratings on anxiety, sleep disturbance, and depression in 22 neurotic and personality disorder patients fell from 11.3 before CES treatment to 3.2 following treatment. The placebo group only fell from 12.2 to 9.5. At the end of the CES treatment, patients felt no confusion, memory loss, or disorientation. They usually reported a calm, relaxed sensation during the treatment, and a feeling of sedation with a desire to sleep following the treatment. The author stated that he can not help being a little skeptical at his own results. He added that no treatment in common experience is as effective with this type of patient as these results indicate.”

Saul H. Rosenthal
Biological Psychiatry

“Seven subjects consisting of 1 male psychologist, 3 male medical students, 1 female psychiatry resident, 1 female research assistant, and 1 female secretary received 5 CES treatments. The authors stated that they expected to find a mild sedative effect, but no particular effect on mood. Instead they found 1) activation of alertness seen in 5 subjects, 2) euphoric tranquillity in 4, and 3) not worrying in 4. Four subjects described beneficial effects, such as feeling alert, bright and happy, unusual increased energy for household chores, feeling “very happy” all day, tranquil, alert, pleased, definitely sleeping better, and less anxious about work.”

Saul H. Rosenthal & Lynn G. Calverty
Biological Psychiatry

“The authors stated that the management of anxiety is a significant problem for medical and psychiatric practitioners. Chemotherapy, although highly effective in many cases, cannot be considered the final regime. Total reliance upon prescription medications predisposes the patient to possible untoward side effects, physiologic dependence, and overdose. The development of a safe, effective, and economical treatment for anxiety is worthy of serious investigation.”

Joseph J. Ryan & Gary T. Souheaver
Biological Psychiatry

“The CES group of male alcoholic inpatients made significant gains on the Beta IQ test. The author concluded that in addition to the obvious considerations for the patient such treatment and recovery denotes, it also appears to be a thoughtful thing to do for those involved in other areas of the treatment effort, and whose efforts usually depend heavily on the cognitive functioning of the patient. It should aid treatment immeasurably, for example, if the patient can remember from one treatment session to the next what transpired in the session just preceding.”

Ray B. Smith
Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease

“The data suggests that CES appears to be equivalent to 35 - 40% N2O or between 0.3 and 0.4 MAC in analgesic potency when combined with N2O. CES also prolongs analgesia after recovery of consciousness. Theoretically, it should be possible to use lower concentrations of inhalation anesthetics and lower doses of narcotics and other intravenous supplements when using CES. As a result, major organ system alterations in function should be less during anesthesia and postoperative recovery should be faster. In addition, the use of CES during operations may provide residual postoperative analgesia without chemical analgesic administration. These possible advantages of CES, if proven true in subsequent studies, could certainly alter both the research and clinical directions of anesthesiology.”

Theodore, H. Stanley, Jean A. Cazalaa, Aimé Limoge & Yves Louville
Anesthesiology

“This research began looking at the feasibility of introducing a mechanism for reduction of trait anxiety among pedophiles. CES, according to the results of this study, has accomplished that task very well.”

Marshall D. Voris & Shirley Good
Medical Scope Monthly

“No matter what will be the explanation of the mechanism of action of CES one day, we can confidently state now that a current applied to the skull flows through the brain and has an influence on the central nervous system. We hope that we were able to show that the results of CES can be striking and are therefore sure that CES as a new method of therapy should not be underestimated.”

MANIFEST HEALTH

In 1925, Georges Lakhovsky published a paper with the explicit title of “Curing Cancer with Ultra Radio Frequencies” in Radio News.

His expressed philosophy was that “the amplitude of cell oscillations must reach a certain value, in order that the organism be strong enough to repulse the destructive vibrations from certain microbes.” He goes on to say, “The remedy in my opinion, is not to kill the microbes in contact with the healthy cells but to reinforce the oscillations of the cell either directly by reinforcing the radio activity of the blood or in producing on the cells a direct action by means of the proper rays.” Lakhovsky’s Radio-Cellulo-Oscillator (RCO) produced low frequency ELF all the way through gigahertz radiowaves with lots of “extremely short harmonics.” He favored such a wide bandwidth device so that, “The cells with very weak vibrations, when placed in the field of multiple vibrations, finds its own frequency and starts again to oscillate normally through the phenomenon of resonance.” As a result, Lakhovsky’s RCO is now more often called MWO (multiple wave oscillator) for these reasons. The MWO uses a Tesla coil and special antenna with concentric rings that induce multiple sparks between them

A malfunctioning immune system can cause allergies or arthritis and can fail to stop the growth of cancer cells.

The immune system is important to cancer patients in many ways
The cancer can weaken the immune system
Cancer treatment can weaken the immune system
The immune system may help to fight your bodies cancer
The cancer can weaken the immune system by invading the bone marrow where the cells that help fight infection are made. This happens most often in leukaemia or lymphoma. But it can happen with other cancers too.

Chemotherapy and radiotherapy can weaken immunity by causing a drop in the number of white blood cells made in the bone marrow. Apart from bone marrow or stem cell transplants, this effect on the bone marrow is temporary.

Some cells of the immune system can recognise cancer cells as abnormal and kill them. Unfortunately, this is not enough to get rid of a cancer altogether.

Some NATURAL treatments aim to use the immune system to fight cancer.

BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM

The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe.
If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened.
But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.

Friedrich Nietzsche

The University of Southern California preformed clinical trials in 1934 with Rife machine technology on 16 terminally ill cancer patients and all 16 were cured within the trial period of 3 to 4 months. It is claimed that the treatment was painless, did not have side effects, did not harm healthy cells and did not include pharmaceutical treatment for the cancers

In the Fall of 1990, two researchers, Drs. William Lyman and Steven Kaali, working at Albert Einstein Medical College in New York City made an important discovery. They found that they could inactivate the HIV virus by applying a low voltage current to HIV infected blood in a test tube. They applied a direct current to the electrodes and found that a current flow in the range of 50-100 microamperes (uA) produced the most effective results. Practically all of the HIV viral particles were adversely affected while normal blood cells remained unharmed. The viral particles were not directly destroyed by the electric current, but rather the outer protein coating of the virus was affected in such a way as to prevent the virus from producing reverse transcriptase, a necessary enzyme needed by the virus to invade human cells.

Oxygen is not something that God reaches out from Heaven and replaces on this planet. Oxygen is primarily provided by photosynthesis from the trees and vegetation. The Amazon forests alone, just one hundred years ago, provided over one third of this planet’s global oxygen. Today, through deforestation and man’s greed, the Amazon basin is struggling to make three-sixteenths of our global oxygen. The ramifications of the former upon life on this planet are severe. Up and coming countries that are frantic to keep up with other commercially affluent countries, are expanding their commercial capabilities each day, consuming more and more energy

Amazing tools for wellness and relaxation

Rife machines and Multiwave oscillators are claimed to complement each other based on the principle that life forms absorb energy. A multiwave Oscillator uses this principle to strengthen cells within the body to resist disease while a Rife machine uses this principle to destroy microorganisms with an overdose of frequency energy.

Georges Lakhovsky
In 1925, Georges Lakhovsky published a paper with the explicit title of “Curing
Cancer with Ultra Radio Frequencies” in Radio News
.

His expressed philosophy was
that “the amplitude of cell oscillations must reach a certain value, in order that the
organism be strong enough to repulse the destructive vibrations from certain microbes.” He goes on to say, “The remedy in my opinion, is not to kill the microbes in contact with the healthy cells but to reinforce the oscillations of the cell either directly by reinforcing the radio activity of the blood or in producing on the cells a direct action by means of the proper rays.” Lakhovsky’s Radio-Cellulo-Oscillator (RCO) produced low frequency ELF all the way through gigahertz radiowaves with lots of “extremely short harmonics.” He
favored such a wide bandwidth device so that, “The cells with very weak vibrations, when placed in the field of multiple vibrations, finds its own frequency and starts again to oscillate normally through the phenomenon of resonance.” As a result, Lakhovsky’s RCO is now more often called MWO (multiple wave oscillator) for these reasons. The MWO uses a Tesla coil and special antenna with concentric rings that induce multiple sparks between them

"Never must the physician say, the disease is incurable. By that admission he denies God, our Creator; he doubts Nature with her profuseness of hidden powers and mysteries."

DOES SILVER WORK AGAINST CANCER ?

The mutation of healthy cells into cancer cells occur continuously, even in healthy bodies. But such cancer cells are destroyed by the body's natural immune system at a rate about the same as they occur, and when the body condition is stable, there is nothing manifest that a healthy person would experience as cancer. Some types of Cancer are reported to be caused by a virus. Like with any virus, upon invading a body tissue cell it will take over the cells reproductive chemical factory thereby forcing the cell to replicate the virus instead, the cell will revert to the primitive state thus enabling the Colloidal Silver to be effective and kill the cancerous cell. A higher concentration of Colloidal Silver means more immediate contact with any virus or other pathogen.

In a 1999 study, Thomas Budzynski, Ph.D worked with 8 struggling college students. After undergoing audio-visual brainwave stimulation, the students outperformed a control group and significantly increased their GPA. GPA for the 8 students continued to rise even after treatment was discontinued!
Psychologist Michael Joyce used brainwave entrainment with a group of 30 children. He observed improvements in reading and a half year advancement in grade level as well as substantial improvements in attention, reaction and a reduction in impulsivity and variability.
Harold Russel Ph.D. and John Carter, Ph.D., of the University of Houston, did several studies in which they used brainwave entrainment to treat ADHD and other learning disorders, testing their IQ before and after treatment. Astonishingly, after treatment the subjects showed a 5 to 7 point increases in IQ score.
Michael Tansey used a similar protocol to treat dyslexia and other learning disorders, reporting a 19 point average increase in IQ score post-treatment.
Drs. Siegfried and Susan Othmer found that neurofeedback brainwave training in the 15-18 Hz range can produce significant shifts in IQ score, particularly with people who are suffering from ADD/ADHD and other disorders. In cases where the starting IQ value is less than 100, the average IQ increase was 33 points! They also found significant improvements in memory, reading and arithmetic. In a one year follow-up, trainees showed major improvements in self-esteem, concentration and self-expression.
