EXPERIMENT 1: "EFFECT OF NON-HERTZIAN SCALAR WAVES ON THE IMMUNE SYSTEM" Dr. Rein tested the TESLAR shielding Device (analog model) using accepted in-vitro (live cell) testing standards and procedures. Or. Rein was interested in seeing if the TESLAR device would shield live cells from ambient electromagnetic fields and what benefit this shielding effect would provide to the cell. Dr. Rein noticed that the immune system was enhanced as measured by increased DNA synthesis in lymphocytes. Lymphocytes are immunological defenders produced by the bone marrow and Thymus which are antibodies and present the body with a natural defense mechanism to arrest, attack and control the numerous invading viruses, bacteria, infections, etc., that the body must defend itself against.
These results indicate that with the presence of the chip within the TESLAR analog watch, the shielding benefit provided an environment in which there was a 76% to 134% enhancement of lymphocyte (immune function) proliferation. The magnitude of the TESLAR shielding benefit can also be compared with chemical stimulation of the immune system with polkweed mitogen. This mitogen stimulated lymphocytes used in this study by 149% compared with no stimulation. Thus, the TESLAR shielding feature provided an environment in which the cell enhanced its immune function to about the same degree as obtained with standard chemical stimulation.
EXPERIMENT 2: "BIOLOGICAL INTERACTIONS WITH SCALAR ENERGY CELLULAR MECHANISMS OF ACTION" - Dr. Rein tested the shielding effect of the TESLAR analog model using accepted in-vitro live-cell) testing standards and procedures. Dr. Rein was interested in seeing if the TESLAR screening capability can provide an environment in which the cell could then increase its basic biochemical communication between nerve cells mediated by neurotransmitters. Nerve cells were chosen because the neurotransmitter activity has been well characterized and shown to be similar to those occurring during normal synaptic transmission in the brain.
The results from the controlled experiment indicated that in the presence of the TESLAR shielding capability, the cell was able to act more freely and the uptake of noradrenaline into the nerve cell was inhibited by 19.5%. Standard t-test statistical analysis revealed a highly significant difference between control and experimental dishes. Since me the TESLAR instrument is shielding the cell from ambient electromagnetic fields, the cell is able to operate more efficiently (theory) may explain the antidepressant action experienced by some TESLAR wearers. NOTE: The use of tissue culture techniques in these scientific experiments indicate the TESLAR shielding benefit can provide an environment which may benefit the cell and result in the eel1 improving its performance at the cellular level independent of psychosomatic effects mediated by the mind.

SUMMARY RESULTS: Dr. Scott-Morley tested the ability of the TESLAR (Analog) shielding to shield patients from electromagnetic fields in the environment. He tested the TESLAR on many of his patients and noticed dramatic improvement in the energy level readings of most organs, using accepted testing procedures and equipment. In Dr. Morley's own words, "As a screening device, I am prepared to state that my findings suggest that it [TESLAR1 does all that the maker claims... And for my money, I would say if in any doubt - then wear one!"
CASE 1: Mrs. X, Age 63, attended the Clinic for her annual; check-up. No specific complaint. 9uestloning elicited that Mrs. X did in fact experience periods of lethargy and fatigue but she put this down to Old Age. Measurement values obtained when she was exposed to a Video Display Terminal registered an average of 72.9 points. The TESLAR screening watch was then strapped to the left wrist of Mrs. X and the measurement immediately dropped 18 points to a more balanced level of 54.65 (50 points is considered when the organs are in balance). Dramatic results are seen in most organs energy levels but values remained high in the Kidney - due to some internal problems the patient was having with her Kidneys.
CASE 2: Mr. W. age 54, complained about frequent urination and worried about possible prostrate gland problems. Measurement values were taken when Mr. W. was exposed to an electromagnetic field - in this case a smell voltage transformer.
The TESLAR screening watch was then used and measured values were immediately taken as in Case 1 above. Here we see great improvement to most energy level values except those of the kidney and the cervical lymph gland in the neck. Again the measured value with exposure to the electromagnetic transformer averaged a high 72.37 points. With the TESLAR watch strapped to his left wrist, the measurement immediately dropped 17.35 points to the more balanced value of 55.02. The high values remaining on the Kidney affect the figures and suggest some kind of inflammation which would account for the excess urination. Further tests showed no abnormality with the prostrate gland.
Many other cases could be quoted, each showing equally dramatic changes when the TESLAR (analog) device is worn.
