"I mourn the loss of thousands of precious lives, but I will not rejoice in the death of one, not even an enemy. Returning hate for hate multiplies hate, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that" Martin Luther King, Jr

Contemporary cell research is now based on the principles of quantum physics that shows the world as being created out of energy. Researchers have now demonstrated that our cells’ membranes contain special proteins called Intergral Membrane Proteins (IMPs) that respond to energy signals from the external and internal environment.

The energetic link that we all share explains how our intentions, thoughts and prayers can travel to a sick friend and connect with their mind and consciousness. It also explains why every action is followed by a reaction. Everything that happens to one particle or to a collection of particles, as in our being, affects every other particle.

Scalar waves generated in the body protect us from the negative effects of solar radiation and other environmental electromagnetic stresses by constantly producing a neutral field capable of deflecting these harmful non-bio-energetically compatible frequencies. Scalar waves generated in the body also provide an energetic communication system that connects all cells. This energy contains the power of the universe and has unlimited potential.

We and our children are exposed to hundreds of times more man made electromagnetic fields (EMFs) than generations in the past. The impact on our health and especially on our immune system and internal scalar waves has been much greater than most people realize.

Headaches and EMFs
EMF pollution is known as a major component of headaches and chronic stress. Sitting in front of computer screens or TV sets for hours on end, cell phones used right up against the temporal lobes of the brain, teenagers sitting glued to their computerized games. Most people have observed these phenomena with a sense of foreboding.

Many sources of stress in our lives today include different types of pollution such as polluted water and food. Yet people can choose to drink clean water, eat consciously, practice stress reduction exercises, and still have problems with chronic headaches. A primary source of headaches that has remained invisible to the majority of people is EMF pollution from our manmade AC electrical system and from the wireless microwave radiation (cell phone towers, wireless repeaters, etc).

All appliances, computers, TV's, cell phones, radios, digital devices, air conditioners, lighting, power lines, communication lines, air waves, radio waves produce damaging electromagnetic fields , which we can‘t see, but may feel in the form of stress, headaches, sleeplessness, and moodiness, among other more chronic and debilitating symptoms. These frequencies interfere with the body‘s own electromagnetic operating system thus causing abnormal conditions and stress, and interupting links with our schumann Resonance /Tuning Fork and A Healthy, Happy Life

We now know that the human brain must be protected from hazardous EMFs. The EMF protection solution is two fold. One, use computers, cell phones and wireless technology with care. Learn more about the wise use of cell phones and computers by reading . Two, schumman resonators with their power to ground us to the earth, provide a very effective guard against chronic migraine and stress induced headaches that result from chronic exposure to EMFs.

Many of us have paid too high a price for electrical conveniences. The price we have paid is loss of mental clarity, and chronic headaches. We are not suggesting that we do away with our electrical system, but there is help. Schumman Resonators and CES products not only help dramatically with headaches and migraines, they also enhance mental clarity and work to restore the promise offered by the informational age of higher levels of mental functioning.

AIM: To identify the possible neurobehavioral deficits among inhabitants living nearby mobile phone base stations.”

RESULTS: The prevalence of headaches (23.5%), memory changes (28.2%), dizziness (18.8%), tremors (9.4%), depressive symptoms (21.7%), and disturbance (23.5%) were significantly higher among exposed inhabitants than controls.” Institut national des sciences appliquees, France

"The results … showed an association between the use of mobile phones and health hazards. The overall mean percentage for these clinical findings in all groups were an increase in headaches for 21.6% of the participants…" Department of Physiology (29), College of Medicine, King Saud University, PO Box 2925, Riyadh 11461, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Recent research discovered that EMFs break down the blood-brain barrier that protects the brain from toxins in the blood stream.

People who are diagnosed with fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic fatigue, lupus, multiple sclerosis, even cancer and AIDS, all exhibit one characteristic in common: a collapsed immune system. Immune Booster

“ Dr. Salford is quite outspoken about his work. He has called the use of handheld cell phones 'the largest human biological experiment ever.' And he has publicly warned that a whole generation of cell phone-using teenagers may suffer from mental deficits or Alzheimer's disease by the time they reach middle age.” The Largest Bilogical Experiment Ever by Arthur Firstenberg".

"A GOVERNMENT agency has acknowledged for the first time that people can suffer nausea, headaches and muscle pains when exposed to electromagnetic fields from mobile phones, electricity pylons and computer screens."

When Dr. Schumann published his results in the `Technische Physik’ journal, physician Dr Ankermueller immediately made the connection between Schumann resonance and the rhythm of brain waves. He was excited to find that the earth had the same natural resonance as the human brain, and contacted Dr. Schumann, who then assigned Dr. Herbert König to look into the phenomenon.

König compared human EEG recordings with natural electromagnetic fields of the environment. Eureka! They discovered that indeed there was a correlation between Schumann Resonance and brain rhythms. This relationship between earth frequency and brain waves was then studied by researchers around the world.

Dr König carried out further measurements of Schumann resonance and eventually arrived at a frequency of exactly 7.83 Hz, which is even more interesting, as this frequency is one which applies to mammals.

Do you feel inner peace and generally happier when you’re out in nature, away from crowds, traffic and the city? When you’re out in nature, it’s not just that you left the city behind, but also that, out in in nature, your body tunes into the earth’s frequency and can repair, rejuvenate and heal itself more efficiently

Dr Wolfgang Ludwig, a foremost researcher on this topic, has been investigating Schumann Resonance and the man/nature connection for many years while writing his thesis on Schumann Resonance. His goal was to determine what frequencies are present in a healthy environment. Ludwig discovered that while the earth vibration could be clearly measured in nature and on the ocean, it was almost impossible to measure the earth’s pulse in the city, where manmade signals drown out the natural signals that nature has created for eons

Some scientists believe that over evolutionary time, biological organisms evolved to use the Schumann resonance phenomena as one mechanism for maintaining biological health. For an example, they point to the human brain's electromagnetic waves that are synchronized to the Schumann frequency. In studies when people were shielded from the naturally occurring Schumann resonance frequency, their circadian rhythms were disrupted and they began to experience migraine headaches, emotional stress and other health issues. When exposed to Schumann pulse generators of 7.83Hz, their symptoms disappeared.

In three patients with severe headaches, placing the emitter near the head or under the pillow at night resulted in rapid elimination of this symptom. All 14 CFS patients who complained of allergies reported feeling better while exposed to EM potential emitters,. Source

Scientists have discovered that when people are not exposed to the Schumann resonance As in cities and high rise building etc migraine/Tension headaches and emotional distress can develop. This can be reversed by being exposed to the frequency 7.8Hz, which is the same as the Schumann Resonance.

Head Aches and CES (cranial electro stim)

Headaches are a common intermittent disorder experienced by most people at least some of the time. Chronic headaches of various etiologies are experienced by 1 in 6 Americans (16.54% of the population), which includes migraine headaches in 1 in 9 (10.29% of the population). Most headaches are of the tension-type which have been associated with muscle tension, stress, anger, anxiety and fatigue, and are characterized by mild to moderate, non-pulsating bilateral pain. The pain may begin in the front of the head or back of the neck, and may spread to involve the whole head. For occasional mild headaches, simply massaging the head and neck has proven effective.

Migraine pain usually presents unilaterally with a distinct pulsating quality often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine may be caused by intolerance to certain foods, such as red wine, chocolate, aged cheeses, nitrates, aspartame, beer, cured meats and Brewer’s yeast. Migraine pain usually worsens with physical activity. These headaches are often preceded by an “aura” or visual disturbance and lasts an average of 4 to 72 hours. Over-the-counter analgesics (e.g., aspirin, acetaminophen or NSAIDs) are the most common treatment for headaches. However, using analgesics more than three times a week may lead to rebound headaches; chronic daily headaches that require additional intervention and with it the iatrogenic risk of liver, kidney and gastrointestinal disease. Many prescription drugs are used to treat or prevent headaches. Among these are low-dose tricyclic antidepressants such as amitriptyline which may cause side effects (e.g., dry mouth, constipation, sexual dysfunction,
blurred vision, dizziness, etc.).By Daniel L. Kirsch, PhD, DAAPM, FAIS

Cranial Electro Stimulation (CES) also known as cranial electric stimulation, cranial electrotherapy stimulation, and electrosleep in its early days, is a form of electrical stimulation that has been approved by the FDA as a drug-free treatment for anxiety, depression, and insomnia. CES typically involves the passage of micro current levels of electrical stimulation across the head for 20 minutes to 40 minutes daily for a few days to a month or more. Typically users feel a noticable difference after 4 weeks of use.

A number of scientific studies have indicated that CES has many positive effects. The Harvard School of Public Health conducted randomised, controlled trials comparing placebo treatments with CES. The CES proved to be substantially more effective than placebo in alleviating anxiety, headache and pain. Further studies confirmed that CES increased the attention and concentration in patients while they completed a psycho-motor task. These findings could be valuable in providing non-drug assistance to learning-disabled children, such as those with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (AD/HD)

How Does CES Work?

The pulsed electrical currents are believed to affect the limbic system, the reticular activating system, and/or the hypothalamus and to stimulate regions that control pain messages, neurotransmitter creation, and hormone production via the hypothalamic-pituitary axis.

The electrical current is believed to increase the brain's levels of serotonin, beta-endorphin, GABA and DHEA and to lower levels of cortisol and tryptophan. These substances influence the chemical activity of nerve cells in the nervous system.

CES stimulates activity in some neurological systems and decreases activity in other areas by changing the electrical and chemical activity of nerve cells in the brain stem. This produces increased alpha rhythms (electrical activity patterns in the brain) that are accompanied by feelings of serenity, relaxation and increased mental focus. This reduces agitation and the effects of stress, helps balance mood and controls sensation and perception of certain types of pain. Decreased delta rhythms suggest reduced drowsiness and decreased beta rhythms are associated with reductions in anxiety, ruminative thought, and obsessive/compulsive-like behaviours.

The most common and recognised treatments with CES are for anxiety, depression and insomnia. It is also used to treat other conditions such as stress, headaches, cognitive dysfunction in head-injured patients, fibromyalgia and pain and has been shown to be effective with virtually no adverse effects.

The outcomes of the studies done indicate that Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation is a good potential substitute for drug therapy in the conditions noted above, especially where mainstream drugs may have undesirable side-effects including dependency (addiction). It has also shown positive results in the treatment of a variety of chronic conditions, including reflex sympathetic dystrophy and multiple sclerosis, and as part of the supportive treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction

Chronic Pain
There are no known meta-analyses currently published for CES for chronic pain (i.e., headache). Soloman et al. (1989) conducted a randomized, double blind study with 100 men and women receiving outpatient care for chronic tension headache. All participants had received analgesic therapy for at least 1 year and had a minimum of 4 headaches a month for inclusion into the study. The researchers reported a statistically significant 35% reduction in pain severity scores. The percent of participants that reported statistically significant subjective headache improvement following CES treatment compared to the control group were: 12% “highly effective,” 24% “moderately effective,” 26% “minimally effective,” and 38% “not effective.”

CES for the treatment of anxiety, depression, and insomnia achieved impressive effect sizes in the studies reviewed. CES for chronic pain produced acceptable results given that participants had chronic headaches (1 year or longer) that were presumably treatment non-responsive to frontline medications.

CES has been found to reduce frequency, intensity and duration of migraine headaches. Fibromyalgia patients with severe chronic headaches were treated with CES. These patients had failed to respond to various medications, biofeedback, low tyramine diet, physical therapy and local injections. About half of the seventy-five subjects had a significant reduction in the frequency and intensity of headaches. This study also found an overall net decrease in the sensitivity of six main tender points on various parts of the body

CES has shown benefit for a variety of other conditions. Phobias, closed head injuries, cigarette withdrawal, bronchial asthma, excess acid secretion by the stomach, bulimia, and anorexia nervosa all respond to CES. The alpha state induced by CES may also improve sports performance.

FDA Survey Data
A survey was completed for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 1998 analyzing data on 500 patients as reported by 47 physicians.1 There were 172 males and 326 females identified, ranging from 5 to 92 years old. Twenty-one of the two page forms were completed on inpatients, the balance on outpatients. While 41% of the patients were reported to have completed CES and/or MET treatment, 43% were still receiving treatment at the time of the survey. Ten patients discontinued treatment because it was not efficacious, three discontinued due to undesirable side effects, 13 because their insurance ran out, and 20 for other, unspecified reasons. Physicians reported significant results of 25% or greater pain reduction in 260 out of 286 (90.91%) for pain relief, in 136 out of 151 (90.07%) for headache, and 245 out of 259 (94.59%) for muscle tension . Self-reports from 1,949 pain patients who used CES for more than 3 weeks revealed an overall reduction of at least 50% of pain from various etiologies in 61%. Specifically, 55% of those reporting all headaches other than migraine, and 57% diagnosed with migraine, reported that their pain was reduced at least 50% By Daniel L. Kirsch, PhD, DAAPM, FAIS

There are approximately 1,000 articles on CES therapy many of which are listed in four reviews put out by the Foreign Service Bulletin of the United States Library of Congress. This is in addition to the wealth of physiological and bioengineering data on electrosleep and electroanesthesia in animals. As of this writing there are more than 100 research studies on CES in humans and 18 experimental animal studies. The efficacy of CES has been clinically confirmed through the use of 28 different psychometric tests. The significance of cranial electrical stimulation research for treating anxiety has also been reconfirmed through meta-analyses conducted at the University of Tulsa and at the Department of Health Policy and Management, Harvard University School of Public Health.

Double blind studies were done at the University of Wisconsin on CES's capabilities to overcome drug withdrawal symptoms and it did the job. Studies at both Wisconsin and the University of Louisiana showed that CES could boost IQ from twenty to thirty points. CES stimulation appears to enhance neural efficiency, researchers stated. Users report that CES reduces stress, improves short and long term memory, helps learning, increases energy, improves concentration and reduces pain, anxiety, depression, sleep requirements and headaches...
