" Teaching people to use their mind correctly is a marvelous talent and a noble calling. I read your story about Eddie Sue, and how you conditioned your own and your student's minds to study, set up schdules, stick-to-the-program stuff, etc. You're on solid ground with your attitude, direction, motivational talent, and your sense of humor. You're the kind of person I'd like to know, and because of this, I'm going to make myself your student.

"Currently I'm undergoing a medical transformation. Luckily, due to the lack of information and concern from the medical institution, I've had to research my own post-surgical treatment. One doctor's wife let it slip out that, as a patient, 'you have to look out for yourself.' and her advice is well taken. The only advancement in medicine is the schlepping a patient gets from a private hospital's staff. But I digress.

"The doctor told me in an off-handish manner that corrective operation was necessary to prolong my life 2 or more years longer. Putting them on 'hold', and sought self-cure methods. Talk about motivated! It was the 'gentle shock' needed to reverse the condition on my own. I stopped eating unhealthy foods and told my lady friend I wasn't dining on her sumptuous fare anymore. Bless her...she educated herself on the subject and turned us into strict vegetarians, even stricter than Vegans. And it's all delicious!

"I stopped partaking my evening 'cordials,' and lost 25 pounds in ten weeks (started at 195 pounds). I also picked up some old habits of exercising, mantra-chanting and meditating, although I never had the focused direction your self-hynosis techniques offer.

"Since I have a choice between death or changing careless lifestyle habits, I no longer feel hungry for fats or needy for beverages. Dr. Dean Ornish's program for Reversing Heart Disease, has been beneficial to me. He parallels your thoughts by suggesting that it's important to keep a record of the minute details of food injested, its fat units and percentages, calories. daily schedules, etc., which dovetailed into your advice.

"Again. you know what you're talking about.

"I've always been fascinated with hypnosis since an experience with it ended a major psychological problem for me, and since then, thought long about self-hypnotic aids.

"If you have any speaking programs scheduled in the SouthWest- Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico this year, I certainly want to be notified. I ordered a tape, and I'll continue to order more. I feel I should learn all I can to induce this marvelous healing technique which you offer.

"Thank you for sharing your genuine healing abilities with all us sick folks."
