issued safety precautions amid safety worries in the use of cellular phones. This
is primarily true of children under the age of 16. Evidence exists that using

TESLAR technology is engineered
to produce a wave which has been shown to "screen/shield" the body from
EMF signals. The watch sits on the wrist emitting a specialized signal range,
which surrounds the body's energy system. It surrounds the body with a bubble
or cushion, so most other frequencies can not enter. These frequencies, which
do penetrate this reinforced "cocoon," are more easily eliminated by
the brain's natural frequency screening mechanism. Simply stated, the watch places
the person in harmony with the earth's natural 7-9 HZ all the time. A study using

is received on the left side of the body and released on the right. The watch

SPECIAL REPORT:
Product Testing on the ELF Protection Instrument
ELF COCOON testing on the TESLAR ELF Protection Instrument is aimed at, First,
scientifically verifying the Patent Application claims with respect to the operational
workings of the ELF shielding capabilities; and Secondly, testing the operational
effects of the protection shield as used by subjects in determining the statistical
reliability of the instrument to produce qualitative and quantitative benefits
to Shielding Instrument wearers.
1. ONGOING RESEARCH EFFORT
ELF COCOON
testing is in progress and is being conducted by Eldon Byrd, Ph.D. His research
is on-going and his testing approach and preliminary findings are as follows:
a). RESEARCH OBJECTIVES: study effects of the ELF Protection Instrument as
measured by an Individual's Electroencephalograph (EEC) and their magnetic Aura
(Field) output.
1). STUDY GROUP
• Subjects without the Shielding
instrument.
• Subjects with instrument without the protective chip.
• Subjects with instrument without the protective chip after a time
frame.
2). TESTING APPARATUS USED:
• ELF Detector Coil with
Magnatometer.
• Oscilloscope, tape recorder and digital display.
• Computer with Fourier Analysis Program.
• Electroencephalograph
(EEG) recorder
3). MEASURING APPROACH: Establish baseline without the
subject wearing the instrument.
• AURA: Measured intensity and noted
ambient frequencies present in environment
• EEG: Measured intensity
and noted ambient frequencies present in environment
b). MEASURING RESULTS:
Baseline vs. Instrument Effect
1). AURA: -Subject intensity increased by
80 - 1 00%. - Filling in of 2 - 14 Frequency Range.
2). EEG: -Subject intensity
increased by 100%.
82 Hz ambient frequency suppressed with other higher
frequencies.
High 1 - 5 Hz, 7 - 9 Hz suppressed (instrument output).
Increased brain activity (Alpha range).
c). PRELIMINARY FINDINGS:
1). The shielding instrument appears to deflect signals from the environment that
may be harmful.
2). The shielding instrument produces beneficial frequencies
3). The body appears not to deflect these frequencies.
4). The body
emits an amplified energy field (Aura) across a broad frequency spectrum.
d). SUMMARY STATEMENT BY DR. BYRD:
1). The addition of the TESLAR chip to
the timing instrument increased the subject's average intensity of the measure
signal by 20 - 80%.
2). High peak frequencies of 14 - 20 Hz were noted over
'no instrument'-these appear to be deflected by subjects and not absorbed.
3). High 82 Hz frequency peak in subject's EEG was suppressed when the subject
wore the instrument with a protection chip.
4). The ELF Shielding instrument
appears to perform as advertised; my research continues.

In response to growing concerns amongst the general public,
specifically about EMF exposure from mobile phones and transmitter masts, and
the rapid increase in the application of new technologies using radio-frequencies,
the Commission asked in January 2001 the competent scientific committee to update
the existing scientific advice on health risks associated with the exposure to
electromagnetic fields in the light of new evidence on exposure and research on
health effects. The Committee on Toxicology, Eco-toxicology and the Environment
has adopted this opinion(56KB) on October 30, 2001.

The Doll Report
The NRPB (National Radiation Protection Board -
UK) Advisory Group on Non-ionising Radiation (AGNIR) headed by sir Richard Doll
produced a report titled, ELF Electromagnetic Fields and the Risk of Cancer in
March 2001. The report concluded that; unless ... further research indicates that
the finding is due to chance or some currently unrecognised artefact, the possibility
remains that intense and prolonged exposures to magnetic fields (from powerlines)
can increase the risk of leukaemia in children. The inconclusive nature of this
finding is due to the low relative risk and the lack of supporting evidence such
as a biological mechanism or dose
response curve etc.
